The last of framing required in the house is the basement. We would like to get it insulated and boarded soon, but have to wait for the electrical. The pot lights had been installed but some had been removed way back when we had failed one of our structural inspections. Hard to believe I lived down here for so long. Just proves you can get used to anything.
