Anna, the electrician came by this week to finish up a few things in order to get the electrical inspection rolling. The pot lights in the basement needed to be reinstalled due to failing the structural inspection way back when. They were removed to add more floor joists in the rec room area. Here she is installing the fan in the basement bathroom. Heater still needs to be installed there and the front entrance way on the main. One of the electrical baseboard heaters on my floor has not worked properly since it was installed. She has installed a new thermostat so we will see.
